SALINAS CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held before the Salinas City Council on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Hall Rotunda, 200 Lincoln Avenue, Salinas, at which the City Council will consider approval of proposed adjustments to Republic Services of Salinas schedule for approved rates for commercial and residential refuse collection customers.
