SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLIC INPUT REQUESTED ON THE PLACEMENT OF DELINQUENT HAULER FEES ON THE PROPERTY TAX ROLL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, during their regularly scheduled public meeting (which commences at 10:00 a.m.), the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors will conduct a hearing to receive public comment from interested parties regarding the placement of delinquent hauler fees on the property tax rolls and the recording of liens against parcels receiving service for which fees are delinquent. If you challenge any decision regarding the above proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing. Due to time constraints and the number of persons wishing to give oral testimony, time restrictions may be placed on oral testimony at the public hearing regarding this proposal. You may wish to make your comments in writing to assure that you are able to express yourself adequately. The Board of Supervisors meetings are open to the public for public participation. You may observe the live stream of the Board meetings at: www.sbcounty.gov/Main/Pages/ViewMeetings.aspx; Written public comments may be submitted, via email at BoardMeetingComments@cob.sbcounty.gov, or online at publiccomments.cob.sbcounty.gov, not sooner than 72 hours prior to the date of the public hearing or via U.S. Mail to San Bernardino County Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 385 N.
