CITY OF SAN BUENAVENTURA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING – PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING DATE: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2026 TIME: 5:30 PM PLACE: CITY HALL – COMMUNITY MEETING ROOM - 501 POLI STREET/ VIRTUAL VIA ZOOM PROJECT: PROJ-25-0795 APPLICANT: Steve Foster PROJECT LOCATION: 1107 Pittsfield Lane APN: 081-0-061-140 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request for an Amendment to a Coastal Development Permit, a Major Variance, and a Minor Design Review for an addition to an existing 1,127 square-foot single-family residential dwelling, where the proposed addition will cumulatively increase the building’s original footprint by 20 percent. The Major Variance is requested to reduce the required garage parking from two spaces to one space on a 3,230 square-foot site located in the Two-Family Beach (R-2-B) zoning district, with a land use designation of Two-Family Beach, commonly referred to as Assessor’s Parcel Number 081-0-061-140.
