PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request for an Amendment to a Coastal Development Permit, a Major Variance, and a Minor Design Review for an addition to an existing 1,127 square-foot single-family residential dwelling, where the proposed addition will cumulatively increase the building’s original footprint by 20 percent.
