PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request for a Coastal Development Permit to add a third enclosed parking space and a second-story for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to an existing single-family residence and for an Administrative Variance to increase the lot coverage on a 4,763-square-foot lot in the Single-Family Beach (R-1-B) zone and Coastal Protection (CP) overlay zone with a land use designation of Existing Urban (EU), commonly identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 081-0-112-130.
