NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING, as provided by law, will be held by the PLANNING COMMISSION of the CITY OF SIMI VALLEY to consider and decide the application listed below. Said PUBLIC HEARING will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers,2929 Tapo Canyon Rd., Simi Valley, CA, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at which time any interested person is welcome to attend and be heard on the following matter: CASE: PD-S-2025-0013 APPLICANT: Runkle Canyon LLC c/o Blue Mountain Development REQUEST: Consideration of a Modification (PD-S-2025-0013) to Planned Development Permit PD-S-0930 to approve the siting and architecture for the construction of 21 single-family residences on existing estate lots within the Runkle Canyon Specific Plan area; and reuse of the certified Final Environmental Impact Report and Addendum.
