City of Solana Beadch Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Solana Beach in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 635 South Highway 101, Solana Beach on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. , to consider the projects summarized below. PROJECT NUMBER: TE25004 APPLICANT: Griffiths Lombrozo PROJECT ADDRESS: 729 Fresca Street, Solana Beach, CA 92075 APN: 2984301800 DESCRIPTION: The Applicant is requesting the approval of a Time Extension for a Development Review Permit (DRP21012) and Structure Development Permit (SDP21012) originally approved October 12, 2022, with the adoption of Resolution 2022119 for a first story remodel and addition and new second story addition to an existing singlestory singlefamily residence. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Time Extensions are not a project as defined by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The City Council found the original project exempt pursuant to the 2022 State of California CEQA Guidelines Section 15303.
