City of Solana BeadchNotice of Public HearingNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Solana Beach in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 635 South Highway 101, Solana Beach on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. , to consider the projects summarized below.PROJECT NUMBER:TE25-004APPLICANT:Griffiths LombrozoPROJECT ADDRESS:729 Fresca Street, Solana Beach, CA 92075APN:298-430-18-00 DESCRIPTION: The Applicant is requesting the approval of a Time Extension for a Development Review Permit (DRP21-012) and Structure Development Permit (SDP21-012) originally approved October 12, 2022, with the adoption of Resolution 2022-119 for a first story remodel and addition and new second story addition to an existing single-story single-family residence.ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Time Extensions are not a project as defined by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
