CITY OF ST. HELENAPUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ST. HELENA that on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 , at 6 :00 p.m at Vintage Hall Board Room located at 465 Main Street , in the City of St. Helena, County of Napa, State of California, the Planning Commission will consider the following at a Regular Planning Commission meeting: PL25-013 : Request by Legacy Modular Buildings, on behalf of We Care Animal Rescue, Inc., for approval of a Major Design Review, Demolition Permit, and Minor Modifications to Design Guidelines to allow for the demolition of an existing, non-historic office structure and construction of a new modular office building at 1345 Charter Oak Avenue in the Industrial Zoning District. Copies of agendas and staff reports are available on the Friday afternoon immediately preceding the hearing the City’s website at cityofsthelena.org .
