HELENA that on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 , at 6 :00 p.m. at Vintage Hall Board Room located at 465 Main Street , in the City of St. Helena, County of Napa, State of California, the Planning Commission will consider the following at a Regular Planning Commission meeting:Citywide: Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA26-001) to amend Chapter 17.22.030 of Title 17 of the St. Helena Municipal Code to comply with recent changes to State law regulating Accessory Dwelling Units (“ADUs”) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (“JADUs”), and to clarify applicable local standards consistent with State law, including potential adoption of optional State-enabled provisions such as AB 1033.Citywide: Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA26-002) to amend Table 17.17.020(A) of Title 17 of the St. Helena Municipal Code to update use regulations in the Commercial and Mixed-Use zoning districts to allow on-site storage facilities as an accessory use in the Central Business (CB) and Mixed-Use (MU) districts subject to approval of a Conditional Use Permit.Copies of agendas and staff reports are available on the Friday afternoon immediately preceding the hearing the City’s website at cityofsthelena.org .
