NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing, as provided by law, will be held by the City Council of the City of Thousand Oaks, to consider and decide the following matter: INTRODUCING AN UPDATED FEE SCHEDULE FOR FILM PERMITS AND AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS REGULATING FILMING WITHIN THE CITY AND AMENDING THOUSAND OAKS MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 4 PUBLIC SAFETY, CHAPTER 8 FILM PERMITS This Public Hearing is scheduled to be heard by City Council on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Andrew P. Fox City Council Chambers, City Hall, 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, California, 91362. Any person is privileged to attend and be heard on this matter. For further information, see the City Council Agenda. Inquiries concerning this Public Hearing may be directed to: Melissa Hurtado, Deputy Community Services Director at (805) 381-7352. If you challenge the decision of the City Council on this matter in court, you may be limited to raising those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, this public hearing.
