JACKSON COUNCIL CHAMBER LOCATED AT 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, 90503, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS: MOD26-00001: Petition of MICHELLE GAINER (FREDERICK KIESER) for consideration of a Modification of a previously approved Precise Plan of Development (PP83-42) to allow first and second-story additions to an existing two-story single-family residence, on property located within the Hillside Overlay (R-H) in the Single-Family Residential District (R-1) Zone at 317 Calle Mayor. RESOLUTION NO. 88-19Any challenge in court to items listed on the meeting agenda may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written comments delivered to the Community Development Department or the City Clerk's Office, prior to the public hearing and further, by the terms of Resolution No. 88-19, and may be limited to 90 days in which to commence such legal action pursuant to Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
