***NOTICE*** Covelo Timberlands No. 1, LLC is in the process of submitting a Timber Harvest Plan (THP) within portions of the Lower Hulls Creek, Hulls Valley, East Fork Asbill Creek, and Bear Canyon Planning Watersheds in Mendocino County for private forestland property. The legal description of the THP area is as follows: T24N, R13W, Sections 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, & 25; MDB&M. This legal description can also be described as portions of T24N R13W TRACTS 20 1/2 , 22, 23, 26, 27, 27 1/2 , 28, 39, 40; MDB&M. Watercourses interior to the plan flow into Crooked Gulch, Hulls Creek, Who Who Creek, North Branch Who Who Creek, and Lost Cabin Creek. There are several unnamed tributaries to these watercourses within and adjacent to the proposed THP as well.
