***NOTICE*** Wylatti Resource Management, Inc (c/o Brian Hurt) and Brian Hurt are in the process of submitting an amendment to an approved NTMP (1-94NTMP-007-MEN) which adds additional acres. The amended areas are within portions of the Tin Cabin Creek and Cold Creek Planning Watersheds in Mendocino County for private forestland property. The legal description of the amended NTMP area is as follows: T23N, R13W, Sections 7 &amp; 9 and T23N, R14W, Section 12; MDB&amp;M. Watercourses interior to the plan flow into Willsey Creek, Cold Creek, Mud Creek, and Tin Cabin Creek. There are several unnamed tributaries to these watercourses within and adjacent to the proposed THP as well. If you have knowledge of any domestic water supply(ies), whose source is located in the afore mentioned watercourses or whose source may be affected by the proposed operations, please contact the following person in writing within ten (10) days of the date of this notice, at the following address: Kate Cahill, NCRM, Inc., 2501 North State Street, Ukiah, CA 95482 or call (707) 489-2658.
