CITY COUNCIL OF UNION CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Union City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, commencing at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 34009 Alvarado-Niles Road, Union City, CA, to consider the following item: Adopt a Resolution Approving the Master Fee Schedule NOTE: Interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing to provide comments on the proposals. If you challenge the decisions made at this hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council before or at the public hearing. Persons unable to attend this public hearing may submit written comments by email to publiccomment@unioncity.org or deliver them to the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 34009 Alvarado-Niles Road, Union City, CA 94587, by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, to be incorporated into the record.
