PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF VACAVILLE CITY COUNCIL 650 MERCHANT STREET VACAVILLE, CALIFORNIA 95688 DATE OF HEARING: March 24, 2026 TIME OF HEARING: 6:00 p.m. PLACE OF HEARING: Council Chambers, 650 Merchant St. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: A Public Hearing will be held on March 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, by the City Council of the City of Vacaville to consider the merits of the following: RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VACAVILLE ESTABLISHING APPLICATION AND APPEALS FEES FOR SIDEWALK VENDING PERMITS, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 5.40 OF THE VACAVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, AND ADDING THE SAME TO THE CITY'S MASTER FEE SCHEDULE All persons interested in these matters are invited to be present to submit statements orally or submit in writing prior to 2:00 pm on March 24, 2026, or by email at or in person at the City Administration Department, 650 Merchant Street. Copies of the master fee schedule showing the proposed new fee and the supporting documentation will be available 10 days in advance of the public hearing in the office of the City Clerk, at 650 Merchant Street, Vacaville, California, during normal business hours.
