PUBLIC NOTICE The Vacaville Housing Authority (VHA) is excited to announce that on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM, it will be opening the following Project-Based Voucher waiting list: Pony Express Senior Apartments - One (1) 1-bedroom unit located at 220 Aegean Way, Vacaville, CA 95687. Units are age-restricted to 62+ years. THIS IS NOT FOR THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LIST The VHA will place 150 applications on the Pony Express Senior Apartments waiting list. Applications will be placed on the list by priority and selected by lottery. Pre-Applications will be accepted online beginning Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Pre-Applications will be accepted online until an adequate number of pre-applications are received. The waiting list will remain open until the VHA announces its closing on the VHA website. The VHA will place 150 pre-applications on the waiting list which will be selected by bedroom size, date and time and then by lottery (if more than 150 pre-applications are received prior to closing the waitlist) and placed by priority. ONLY ONE VACANCY EXISTS AT THIS TIME. ALL OTHER SELECTED PRE-APPLICATIONS WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITLIST FOR FUTURE VACANCIES. Income Limits* One (1) Person Two (2) Person Three (3) Person $48,100 $54,950 $61,850 *Income limits are current and subject to change. Waiting List applications will be accepted for the project online only at https://www.waitlistcheck.com/CA1039-4834. The website is accessible from any computer or mobile device with internet access. A computer is available to complete online applications in the VHA office located at 40 Eldridge Ave. Suite #2, Vacaville, CA 95688 Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After you have successfully applied, you will receive a receipt by email with a confirmation number and instructions for checking your status online. Only one application per family will be accepted per waiting list. Applications that are incomplete or are duplicate applications or that are from non-elderly applicants will be rejected. The Vacaville Housing Authority (VHA) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, gender identity, religion, familial status, age, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status, ancestry, source of income, and arbitrary discrimination.
