CITY OF VENTURA
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
DATE AND TIME: April 28, 2026 at 5:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible.
LOCATION: City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Poli Street, Ventura, CA.
PURPOSE: The City Council of the City of San Buenaventura (Ventura) will conduct a public hearing to consider suggested modifications to the San Buenaventura Municipal Code and Coastal Zoning Code from the California Coastal Commission in order to complete certification of Local Coastal Program Amendment No LCP-4-SBV-25-004301. Such modifications include amendments to Title 6, Chapter 6.455 of the San Buenaventura Municipal Code (SBMC) on Short-Term Vacation Rentals (STVR) and Homestays and the adoption of a new Title 24, Chapter 24.499 in the Municipal Code and Coastal Zoning Code.
All interested persons are invited to be present and be heard.
