CITY OF VISALIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held before the Visalia City Council on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall West, 707 W. Acequia, Visalia, to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING - for amendments to the 2025-2026 City's Rates & Fees document effective May 1, 2026. Proposed adjustments to the Rates & Fees are limited to the Fire Department's Rates and Fees Schedule specific to annual Operational Business Safety Inspections, Operational Permits and Apartment Complex State Mandated Fire Inspections. If you should have questions pertaining to the public hearing please contact the Fire Department office at (559) 713-4272. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in meetings call (559) 713-4512 48-hours in advance of the meeting.
