NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the Visalia City Council on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Visalia City Hall Council Chambers, 707 W. Acequia, Visalia, California to consider the following:
 
PUBLIC HEARING - Adoption of Resolution 2026-18 which allows the City of Visalia to place Miscellaneous Special Assessments on the Tulare County secured property tax roll for Curb and Gutter, Sewer Connection, Delinquent Utilities, Property and Business Improvement District, Code Enforcement, Northeast Improvement District, Landscape and Lighting Districts, Deferred Impact Fees, Weed and Lot Clearing, Landscape and Lighting Parks Construction, Orchard Walk East/West Utility District, Open Space District, Water Main Assessments and Parking in Lieu Assessments.
