NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at 530 Main Street, Weaverville, the Weaverville Architectural Review Committee will hold a public hearing regarding the following item: Weaverville Architectural Review Committee quarterly meeting. Anyone desiring to make a statement may do so in writing. Staff reports will be available on the Internet at: https://www.trinitycounty.org/Architectural-Review-Committee and at the Planning Division office by request. Written comments may be submitted to Trinity County Planning Division, PO Box 2819, 530 Main St. Weaverville, CA 96093. (530) 623-1351, or by email to Info.planning@trinitycounty.org. Written comments must be received by the close of business on April 10, 2026, or they may not be considered by the Architectural Review Committee. If you challenge the action or proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, Architectural Review Committee, and/or Subdivision Review Committee at, or prior to, the public hearing.
