NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Whittier Design Review Board will conduct a meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 13230 Penn Street, to consider the architectural design of Development Review Permit No. DRP240071, a request to construct a new 9 unit, threestory townhome Multifamily Residential Condominium Development and one Accessory Dwelling Unit (Camilla Street Townhomes) located at 1344413448 Camilla Street, more particularly described as Assessor Identification No. 8137010002 and 8137010026, in the City of Whittier, County of Los Angeles, California. (Applicant: Lauren Huynh; Owner: Purunjian Investment LLC) Hazardous Waste Sites: The project site is not identified on any of the lists enumerated under Government Code Section 65952.5.
