LEGAL NOTICE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yolo County Board of Supervisors will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 625 Court Street, Room 206 in Woodland, to consider an extension request for a previously approved Major Use Permit for the Gibson Solar Farm Project (ZF#2020-0043) located on a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 049-100-035; adopt an addendum to a previously certified Environmental Impact Report (SCH #2021100191); certify the cancellation fees for a partial Williamson Act Contract cancellation; adopt a Resolution Approving the Tentative Cancellation of Existing Land Use Conservation Contract No. 71-206, including the Findings in Support of Immediate Partial Cancellation; and direct staff to record the Certificate of Tentative Cancellation with the County Clerk-Recorder. Persons interested in this matter are encouraged to appear at the public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and offer comments during the course of the hearing or by submitting written comments by 4:00 p.m. on March 23, 2026 to provide the Board of Supervisors and interested members of the public an opportunity to review the comments in advance of the meeting. Written comments should be sent to Clerk of the Board, 625 Court Street, Room 204, Woodland, CA 95695 or emailed to ClerkoftheBoard@YoloCounty.gov. Copies of the staff report will be available for review no later than the Friday prior to the hearing on the Yolo County website (www.yolocounty.gov). Copies of the documents may also be requested from Tracy Gonzalez, Associate Planner, at 292 W Beamer Street, Woodland, CA 95695, via email (tracy.gonzalez@yolocounty.gov) or by telephone (530) 666-8803. Pursuant to California Government Code Section 65009(b)(2) and other provisions of law, any lawsuit challenging the approval of a project described in this notice shall be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing or described in written correspondence delivered for consideration to the Board of Supervisors or the Community Services Department before the hearing is closed.
