NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is given that at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in the City of Yuba City Council Chambers, 1201 Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, CA, the Sutter County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the following: Project #U26-0004 (L Street Land LP) – An amendment to the Tier 2 Development Agreement relative to the Lakeside Development of the Sutter Pointe Specific Plan to revise sections 3.4, 3.4.2, 3.4.2.1.1 and 4.2.3; located north of Riego Road and west of Natomas Road; Applicant/Owner: L Street Land LP, DRP Greenbough 34 LLC, and DRP Solaris Multistate LLC, and TDW Enterprises L.P. APN: 36-010-001 thru -015, and 36-020-001 thru -012. The Sutter County Board of Supervisors meeting will be open to the public. If you require special accommodations to participate in the public hearings, please contact the Clerk of the Board at (530) 822-7106. Copies of the staff report and supporting materials will be available for public review or purchase at the Office of the Clerk of the Board, 1160 Civic Center Boulevard, Suite A, Yuba City, CA, or online at: http://suttercountyca.iqm2.com/citizens/default.aspx beginning at 12:00 Noon on the Friday before the meeting.
