NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is given that at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in the City of Yuba City Council Chambers, 1201 Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, CA, the Sutter County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the following: Public Hearing to consider adoption of an ordinance establishing 50-mile per hour (mph) speed limits for Riviera Road starting at Larkin Road and ending at Metteer Road. The Sutter County Board of Supervisors meeting will be open to the public. If you require special accommodations to participate in the public hearings, please contact the Clerk of the Board at (530) 822-7106. Copies of the staff report and supporting materials will be available for public review or purchase at the Office of the Clerk of the Board, 1160 Civic Center Boulevard, Suite A, Yuba City, CA, or online at: http://suttercountyca.iqm2.com/citizens/default.aspx beginning at 12:00 Noon on the Friday before the meeting. All interested parties are invited to express their opinions or provide written comments before the hearing.
