NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 25th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Lodi City Planning Commission will conduct a meeting in-person in the Carnegie Forum at 305 West Pine Street, Lodi, California. The meeting will be available for the public to view and listen at: https://www.youtube.com/@cityoflodi_publicmeetings to consider the following Public Hearing:a. Request for the Planning Commission to a dopt a resolution recommending City Council adopt an Ordinance to enter into a Development Agreement with Rogers Media Company (“Rogers Media”) to install, maintain, and operate electronic message signs on City properties (CEQA Determination: Exempt Per Section 15061(b)(3))Information regarding this item may be obtained from the Community Development Department by phoning (209) 333-6711 or by emailing pccomments@lodi.gov . All interested persons are invited to present their views for the above proposal by email or in-person at the meeting. Meeting agendas are posted at http://www.lodi.gov/AgendaCenter and all required locations. Written statements may be filed with the Community Development Director at any time prior to the Hearing scheduled herein, and they will be made a part of the permanent record.
