NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 25th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Lodi City Planning Commission will conduct a meeting in-person in the Carnegie Forum at 305 West Pine Street, Lodi, California. The meeting will be available for the public to view and listen at: https://www.youtube.com/@cityoflodi_publicmeetings to consider the following Public Hearing:a. Request for the Planning Commission to approve a Use Permit to authorize a Type 47 ABC License for the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for on-site consumption and the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption at an existing brewery (Five Window Beer Co.) located at 9 West Locust Street (Applicant: Charlie Lippert – Five Window Beer Co., File Number: PL2025-021 U, CEQA Determination: Exempt Per Section 15301)Information regarding this item may be obtained from the Community Development Department by phoning (209) 333-6711 or by emailing pccomments@lodi.gov . All interested persons are invited to present their views for the above proposal by email or in-person at the meeting. Meeting agendas are posted at http://www.lodi.gov/AgendaCenter and all required locations. Written statements may be filed with the Community Development Director at any time prior to the Hearing scheduled herein, and they will be made a part of the permanent record.
