REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLIES A Timber Harvest Plan (THP) will be submitted to Cal Fire. The legal description is as follows: T23N R04E Sections:04 and 05 MDBM T24N R03E Sections 13, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 35 MDBM T24N R04E Section 08, 09, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 MDBM The proposed THP is located in Butte County, adjacent to Stirling City, CA and Lovelock, CA. This notice is to request information about domestic water supplies from class I, II and IV watercourses that receive surface drainage from the THP area and are within 1,000 feet downstream of the THP boundary. Domestic Water means the use of water in homes, resorts, motels, organization camps, developed campgrounds, including the incidental watering of domestic stock for family sustenance or enjoyment and the irrigation of not more than one half acre in lawn, ornamental shrubbery, or gardens at any single establishment. The use of water at a developed campground or resort for human consumption, cooking or sanitary purposes is a domestic use. Watercourses that may be potentially affected include, Litte West Fork, Litte Butte Creek, Long Ravine, Kanaka Creek, Cunningham Ravine and associated unnamed tributaries which flow into the above-mentioned watercourses.
