NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statute 715.109, Lauderdale-Dell Lake Village, LLC., d/b/a Dell Lake Village MHP, offers for public sale the following: 1981 "BROA" Mobile Home Title #s: 19488587 VIN #s: FLFL1A050334057 on May 15, 2026 at 18 Greenhaven Ln E, Dundee, Polk County, Florida 33838, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale "AS IS" "WHERE IS" the aforesaid personal property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest bidders and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord.
