CITY OF APOPKA PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE APOPKA LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tara L. Tedrow, Esq. has made application to amend the Land Development Code of the City of Apopka, Florida, specifically the Mixed-Use Kelly Park Interchange (MU-KPI) Form-Based Code, to create and establish a Town Center Overlay District. The proposed amendment affects, or may affect, the use of property, the development of buildings and structures, and the development review process for land located within the jurisdiction of the City of Apopka, Florida. Main Street, Apopka, Florida 32703, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 beginning at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible.
