Property Development Site Acquisition Proposals Requested The City of Linn and Linn Housing Authority Commissioners respectfully request proposals for the vacant development lot located at 312 Church Street, Linn, Kansas 66953. The City of Linn and Linn Housing Authority jointly own the property for economic growth. We are seeking public input and purchasing proposals. All proposals must be submitted to the Executive Director, Abigail Perdue or Deb Rogge, Property Manager of the Housing Authority on or before April 17, 2026, at 4:00PM. The following items will be considered a complete proposal and will be considered in the evaluation for the greater good of the community as follows: * Proposed Land Use: Examples such as housing, assisted living, church, restaurant, daycare, power plant, education, etc. * Proposed Goal of the Project: Examples such as community growth, adding employees to the local workforce, additional property tax or sales tax revenue for the community, etc. * Proposed Timeline: When the project will begin and anticipated date of completion. * Financing of the Project: Please address the financing for the project. Bond, local investor, bank loan, etc. * Only qualified and approved proposals, submitted on or before April 17, 2026 at 4:00PM, will be considered and eligible to bid in the auction for the lot. * Auction for the lot will be held on April 27, 2026 at the Linn City Council Meeting at 6:30pm at 104 5th Street, Linn, Kansas 66953.
