REQUEST FOR SUBCONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS
Burkhardt Construction, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Boca Raton, is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors/vendors who have not yet previously pre-qualified with our firm. It is anticipated that bid packages will be available for approved prequalified subcontractors in April 2026 for submitting sub-bids and participating in construction of the Spanish River Park Restrooms #5 &amp; #6 and Improvements. The following subcontractor/vendor trades are being solicited by Burkhardt Construction Inc.; Demolition, Grading, Earthwork, Concrete Sidewalks, Subgrade/Base Preparation, Building Construction.
