REQUEST FOR SUBCONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS
Burkhardt Construction, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Boca Raton, is seeking to qualify subcontractors/vendors for the design and construction of the City of Boca Raton Lifeguard Towers (1, 4, 9, 16, 19, &amp; 20) Replacement Project. Qualified subcontractors must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience with heavy timber construction and must have installed at least 10 heavy timber lifeguard towers on a beach in south Florida within the last 5 years. Additionally, subcontractors must have the ability to design/engineer, manufacture off site, deliver, and install turn-key ready heavy timber lifeguard towers. It is anticipated that the project will begin sometime in June 2026.
