NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Dixie County, Florida is seeking a Consultant to assist Dixie County in researching, application management, administration and identifying potential grant opportunities and to provide assessment, planning and writing services associated with the submission and completion of grant funded projects until 2:00 P.M. EDT on Thursday Apr 23, 2026.

Proposers must comply and submit proposals in accordance with the requests. Proposal documents will be available on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the Dixie County Board of County Commissioners Office 214 NE Hwy. 351, Suite H Cross City, FL 32628 or by email grantcoordinator@dixiecounty.us

ONE (1) ORIGINAL proposal in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, BID No. 2026-02 GRANT ASSESSMENT, PLANNING, AND WRITING SERVICES, shall be delivered to the Dixie County Board of County Commissioners 214 NE Hwy 351, Cross City, FL 32628, for receipt no later than Thursday Apr 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. IT IS THE PROPOSERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF THE PROPOSAL TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE DATE SPECIFIED.

No Proposer may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The Board of County Commissioners of Dixie County, Florida, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and to re-advertise.
