Dixie County Board of County Commissioners Invitation to Bid 2026-03 The Dixie County Board of Commissioners will receive Letters of Interest including a Statement of Qualifications and Experience, until Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM to select a firm to provide Professional Aviation Engineering and Planning services. Interested proposers are highly encouraged to be BRIEF. Proposers must comply and submit proposals in accordance with the requests. Proposal documents will be available on Thursday, Apr 2, 2026 at the Dixie County Board of County Commissioners Office 214 NE Hwy. 351, Suite H Cross City, FL 32628 or by email grantcoordiantor@dixiecounty.us PROPOSAL NUMBER: 2026-03 BID OPENING DATE: Thursday April 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm PLACE OF BID OPENING: Dixie County Board of County Commissioners Office 214 NE Hwy. 351, Suite H Cross City, FL 32628 ONE (1) ORIGINAL, and One (1) digital copy of proposal in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, “Statements of Qualifications and Experience – Aviation Engineering and Planning Services RFQ 2026-03”, shall be delivered to the Dixie County Board of County Commissioners 214 NE Hwy 351, Cross City, FL 32628, for receipt no later than Thursday April 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. IT IS THE PROPOSER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF THE PROPOSAL TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS OFFICE ON OR BEFORE THE DATE SPECIFIED. No Proposer may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
