Gulfpoint Construction Company, Inc., Construction Manager (referred to herein as CM) office located at 9240 Marketplace Road, Suite 1, Fort Myers, Florida 33912 is requesting SEALED bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the new construction of 'BBBB' PK-8 School.  
 
Scope of work includes but is not limited to:  Full new construction of an educational facility, which includes, but not limited to site work, site prep, landscape/irrigation, chain link fencing, asphalt paving, traffic painting, storm water system, cast-in-place concrete, slab on grade concrete, concrete footings, concrete masonry, steel columns, steel beams, steel joists, steel stairs, architectural casework, building insulation, metal roofing, modified bitumen roofing, metal gutters/downspouts, joint sealants, steel doors/frames, wood doors, aluminum storefront, aluminum windows, gypsum board assemblies. ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient tile, carpet, paint, audio/visual equipment, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, window treatment, pre-engineered structures, electric traction elevator, new HVAC systems, electrical power & light systems, plumbing fixtures and system, fire sprinkler system, fire alarm, communication, security, and computer network systems.

Sealed Bids are DUE to Gulfpoint Construction Company, Inc.'s office located at 9240 Marketplace Road, Suite 1, Fort Myers, FL 33912, on Thursday June 4, 2026, no later than 4:00PM EST. There will be no pre-bid conference.
 
Bidders must include proof of proper license and insurance. If these items are not included the bid will be considered non-compliant.  Please e-mail mike@gpconstruction.com to request a sample insurance certificate for limits.Any, and all, requests for information (RFI) are to be submitted clearly in writing via e-mail correspondence to mike@gpconstruction.com for RFI's is 2:00PM EST on Friday, May 22, 2026.Plans, Specifications, and other Bid Documents will be available on Monday, May 4, 2026.This is new construction and there will be no walk through.Bond may be required per trade and subcontractors.Subcontractors submitting bids must certify that they have reviewed all plans, specifications and addendums, and have bid per plans, specifications, and Gulfpoint Construction's conditions.Sealed bids must be delivered by 4:00PM EST on Thursday, June 4, 2026, to Gulfpoint Construction Company, Inc., 9240 Marketplace Road, Suite 1, Fort Myers, FL 33912.  Gulfpoint Construction Company, Inc. will not be held liable for mishandled postal or parcel services deliveries.Bids will be publicly opened on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 1:00 P.M.
