LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS 26-0051LB OVERPASS SIGNAGE REPLACEMENT & MODIFICATION AT SOUTHWEST FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (RSW) The Lee County Port Authority (Authority) invites all interested and qualified parties to provide the qualifications for the above-referenced solicitation. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: All documents and instructions for submittals will be available on Friday, May 1, 2026 online at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/flylcpa A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WITH PROJECT SITE TOURis scheduled for 10:00 AM, local time, Monday, May 11, 2026, in person, at Lee County Port Authority located at Southwest Florida International Airport, 11000 Terminal Access Road, 3rd floor, Fort Myers, FL 33913 in the Wright Brothers Conference Room. The meeting will include a project site tour. Bidders must have a representative from their firm attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and project site tour in its entirety, in order to have their bid response be accepted. Bidders that submit a response to this RFB that did not attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and project site tour in its entirety, will be disqualified. Potential bidders planning to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for this project, should RSVP electronically through OpenGov so appropriate transportation can be arranged for the project site tour. RECEIVING AND OPENING: Submittals must be received electronically through OpenGov by 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
