School Board of Alachua County CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS NOTICE FOR PROCUREMENT Pursuant to Florida Statutes, the State of Floridas Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act, and The State Requirements for Educational Facilities, the School Board of Alachua County, Florida (SBAC), will consider the contracting of a Construction Management-At-Risk firm for providing professional services for: Construction project known as SBAC Project Lincoln-Williams K-8 School Redesign and Redevelopment. The project consists of the redevelopment of the entire middle and elementary school campuses. Pre-Construction services including: constructability review, value engineering, cost control and the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price; and Construction Services including: demolition, site work, renovation/modernization, remodeling, and construction of new classroom buildings. Instructions for completion and submission of the Statement of Qualifications may be obtained at: https://www.alachuaschools.net/o/acps/page/planningconstruction Business entities interested in providing Construction Management-At-Risk services to SBAC are hereby notified that eight sealed Statements of Qualifications for providing the required services must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the Facilities Department located at the SBAC, Sivia Support Center, 3700 NE 53rd Avenue, Gainesville, Florida 32609. If you have any questions, please call 352-955-7400 ext. 1445. Please do not contact the school directly. In accordance with Florida Statutes, a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, and may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. SBAC may reject all applicants, may stop the selection process at any time, may reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, and reserves the right to waive any informalities in the selection process. 4/13, 4/20, 4/27/2026
