Scope: The purpose of this solicitation for Progressive Design-Build Services for the JEA Headquarters Retail Space Buildout is to evaluate and select a qualified Design-Build (DB) firm to provide design and construction services for the re-design and construction of the JEA Headquarters (HQ) retail space located at 225 Pearl Street in Jacksonville, Florida. as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
