Curbside Lane Modifications
The overall scope of this project involves establishing a lane modification to connect the commercial lanes to the passenger arrival lanes. This project will enable the Hourly Garage Reconstruction project to take place while keeping the commercial lanes operational. The work includes sidewalk and curb demolition, concrete pavement construction, pavement marking, and other maintenance of traffic requirements.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held in the JAA Training Room of the Administrative Offices, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, at 2:00PM on May 5, 2026.
A site visit is scheduled immediately following the pre-bid meeting.
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Authority has determined that the SBE participation goals for this project is Zero Percent (0%). As a good corporate citizen JAA fully supports the usage of SBE/DBE on JAA projects. We encourage our business partners to maximize the utilization of SBE/DBEs at every opportunity.
This project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 90 days. All bids must be submitted in accordance with Project Manual for Contract No. C-898 which may be examined in the Jacksonville Aviation Authority Administration Building Office, or obtained from:
