Notice of Bids INVITATION FOR BIDS JACKSONVILLE AVIATION AUTHORITY JAA CONTRACT NO. C-883 JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Taxiway F Rehabilitation and Extension & Runway 14-32 Blast Pad Rehabilitation JAA will receive bids electronically, until 2:00 PM (local time) on February 24, 2026, via DemandStar. HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. To register with DemandStar, visit: https://www.demandstar.com/registration. JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Taxiway F Rehabilitation and Extension This project includes: The rehabilitation and extension of Taxiway F at Jacksonville International Airport (AIRPORT). Taxiway F is currently 75 wide and will be reduced to 50 wide as part of the rehabilitation. The extension will be the same width and extending into an undeveloped, wooded area. Runway 14-32 Blast Pad Rehabilitation The Runway 14-32 blast pad rehabilitation includes milling and overlaying the existing asphalt blast pads. Associated work items include the demolition of abandoned light base cans, re-working and re-grading the limerock subbase, and minor re-grading and re-sodding in the turf areas surrounding the blast pads. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held in the JAA Training Room of the Administrative Offices, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, at 10:00 AM on February 3, 2026. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. Participation in the Small Business Enterprises Program (SBE) is required. The goal for this contract is 10 percent (10%) to be performed by certified SBE firms. This project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 90 days.
