ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CDBG 23 NR SKYLINE DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 2 CDBG CONTRACT NO. 23DB-N15 TOWN BID NO. 2026-003 TOWN OF LADY LAKE, FLORIDA The Project includes the following Work: Construction of approximately 1,900 LF of 5' wide concrete sidewalk improvements with associated grading, driveway, and right-of-way restoration; and replacement of two 5 HP submersible pumps at Lift Station 12. Sealed Bids for the construction of the CDBG 23 NR Skyline Drive Drainage Improvements, Phase 2 project will be received by the Town of Lady Lake at the office of the Town Clerk, 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida 32159, until May 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the Town of Lady Lake Commission Chambers located at 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida. One (1) original copy of the Proposal must be submitted. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked in the lower left corner Bid No. 2026-003 and delivered or mailed to Kathy Rosado, Town Clerk, Town of Lady Lake, 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida 32159. Bids received after the specified submittal date and time, or improperly marked, will not be accepted. The Town of Lady Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. Responses to this Bid, upon receipt by the Town, will become public record, subject to provisions of Chapter 119 F.S., Florida Public Records Law. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: CPH Consulting, LLC, 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030. Prospective Bidders may access and download the Bidding Documents online at www.cphcorp.com upon submission of contact information and registering as a Plan Holder. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
