Villages Community Development Districts Request for Proposals RFP #26P-012 The Villages Community Development Districts are seeking proposals from reputable firms to provide HVAC Maintenance & Repair Services. Proposal packages may be obtained from www.opengov.com, which can be accessed from www.districtgov.org. A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference for all interested respondents will be held on April 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Everglades Recreation Center located at 5497 Marsh Bend Trail, Wildwood, FL 34785. Sealed proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m., May 19, 2026 at the Purchasing Department located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32163, and the Proposal Opening will be held at 3:15 p.m. at the same location. A Selection Committee meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026 in the 1A Large Conference Room located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32163.
