NOTICE INVITATION TO BID NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill is seeking Bids for the following work as detailed: BID NUMBER: 2026-040 REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS AND STOREFRONT GLASS -TWO-STORY CBS COMMERCIAL BUILDING (TURNKEY PROJECT) The City of Lauderhill (City) is soliciting bids from qualified General Contractors to undertake a turnkey project to remove and replace windows and storefront glass with high-impact, hurricane-rated units in a two-story CBS (concrete block and stucco) commercial building located at: 1176 NW 42nd Way, City of Lauderhill, FL. 33313. The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed Bids until 2:45 P.M. EST, May 25, 2026, through IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Bids submitted after 2:45 P.M. will not be considered. The full Statement of Work is available on and after April 30, 2026, via IonWave. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda will be posted and distributed via IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department. Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid may be submitted via the IonWave question tab. The final date for questions will be ten (10) days before the Bid due date. Questions received after this date will not be answered.
