GOLDEN ISLES LAKE ANCHORING LIMITATION AREA SIGNS

SCOPE: The City of Hallandale Beach, Florida (City) is seeking experienced, marine construction contractors to provide the Work for use by the Department of Sustainable Development. Work under this Contract consists of permitting, materials, equipment, labor and incidentals required to furnish and install up to six (6) Anchoring Limitation Area signs, approximately 3 feet by 4 feet, and pilings within the Golden Isles Lake Folio No. 5142 26 06 0240, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2025-026.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRS): This Bid/Project contains Minimum Qualification Requirements (MQRs) that firms must meet to be deemed Responsive. Please read the MQRs found in the solicitation document.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: An in-person only meeting will be held May 14, 2026 at 11:00 A.M., at City of Hallandale Beach City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 400 S Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. A sign-in sheet will be available.
LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: Any questions are to be submitted via email to kvohwinkel@cohb.org no later than May 18, 2026 by 5:00 P.M. Answers to questions received will be released via addendum. Changes, if any, to the scope of the services or proposal procedures will be transmitted only via a written addendum and available on the Citys website at www.cohb.org/solicitations and DemandStar at
www.demandstar.com.
BID OPENING: The Bid Opening will be held June 2, 2026 at 11:10 A.M., at City of Hallandale Beach City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 400 S Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.
