NOTICE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE SOUTHWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATION COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT The School Board of Orange County, Florida, announces that Construction Management Services are required for the project listed below. PROJECT NAME AND NUMBER: Southwood Elementary School Renovation Comprehensive Project, RFQ 2605CM SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Construction Management Services. PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING: May 5, 2026, 10:00 a.m., via Webex. Meeting information will be posted on VendorLink. Attendance is not mandatory. OCPS CONTACT: Ed Ames, Facilities & Construction Contracting Orange County Public Schools PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED: To VendorLink. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: May 27, 2026, 2:00 p.m. Requirements: Interested firms are required to comply with all requirements of the Request for Qualification (RFQ). All solicitations for Construction Related Services can be found at the following link https://vendorlink.ocps.net/common/login.aspx.
