NOTICE TO SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (SBE) TrueBuild Group, a licensed General Contractor, is soliciting bids from qualified Palm Beach County certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) subcontractors and suppliers for the following project: Project: IFQ No. 2023-020444 ? Summit Library - Administration Renovations Location: Palm Beach County, Florida Bid Due Date: April 23, 2026 by 2:00 PM Scopes of work may include, but are not limited to: demolition, miscellaneous concrete, carpentry, waterproofing, doors/frames/hardware, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other related construction trades. Plans and specifications are available upon request. SBE firms are strongly encouraged to participate. We are committed to good faith efforts to achieve SBE participation and will provide assistance with bonding, insurance, and access to project information as needed.
