REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
WORKFORCE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Palm Beach County is requesting proposals from developers for the creation of Workforce and Affordable Housing units. These funds, made available through the Housing Bond Loan Program (HBLP), aim to expand the local inventory of Multifamily Rental Housing Units to serve households with incomes between 60% and 110% of Area Median Income.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released on Monday, February 16, 2026. A mandatory pre-submittal workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 9:30 am via Webex  access information is provided in the RFP document. The deadline for submitting proposals in response to the RFP is Friday, April 3, 2026, at 6:00 pm.
