REQUEST FOB BIDS BID#2026-03 “Per Statute, a district school board may dispose of any land or real property to which the board holds title which is, by resolution of the board, determined to be unnecessary for educational purposes as recommended in an educational plant survey.” (Section 1013.28 Florida Statutes) THE SCHOOL BOARD OF TAYLOR COUNTY (herein known as the Board) will receive sealed bids at the Financial Office, 318 North Clark St., Perry, FL. 32347 for the purchase of a land parcel which meets the criteria of the above stated Florida Statute until 12:00 P.M., TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2026 Bids for the purchase of board-owned property parcel number 03739-000 with 14.37 acres (sale includes land and buildings) located at the physical address of 508 N. Aquanaldo, Perry, FL. 32347 can only be received until the above date and time. Bids received after that date will not be considered. Sealed Bids will be opened publicly at the Taylor County School Board Meeting on June 16th at 5:15 p.m. A bid will be considered a firm offer and cannot be withdrawn without the consent of the District School Board of Taylor County for a period of 45 days subsequent of the opening of the bids.
