In order to satisfy a contractual Landlords lien, under the Provisions of the Florida Self Storage Space Act, Public Notice is hereby given that the following units containing household items, furniture, tools, miscellaneous and personal items will be disposed of or sold at Public sale to the highest Bidder for CASH ONLY. Signups will be between 9-10 am, bring picture I.D. and the sale will begin at 10:00 am at Rocker's Lockers office located at 5145 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. in St. Cloud on May 20, 2026. Rocker's Lockers reserves the right to refuse any bid. FULL PAYMENT OF REMAINING BALANCE may be made by the tenant to be eliminated from the sale. Tenant on file can no longer claim the property within the unit the morning of the auction.
