Sealed Request for Qualifications will be received at the office of Brevard County Central Services/Purchasing, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, C-303, Viera, FL 32940 until 10:30 am local time on May 1, 2026, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as Professional Services  Continuing Consultants for Architectural &amp; Engineering Design Services for Community Development Block Grant

Brief Scope of Work :
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify a qualified contractor to provide the Housing and Human Services Department with Architectural and Engineering design work, development of design, bid documents, construction documents, and construction administration services. The Contractor must demonstrate competence and professional qualifications in providing these services, including knowledge of CDBG or Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded projects. Projects may include, but are not limited to, new construction, renovations, feasibility studies for infrastructure projects, sewer installation and repair, drainage improvement, paving, sidewalk, and waterline installation, roadway construction, various infrastructure, etc.
